Baby Boot Camp stroller fitness classes are designed specifically to help moms get fit. It takes the place of a personal trainer at a time in your life when you need one the most by combining strength-training exercises with cardio drills. Moms are no longer required to hire a personal trainer and a babysitter to get back in shape. While at the same time Baby Boot Classes balance the fitness needs of moms with their desire to spend time with their baby. The stroller, resistance tubes (and even your child!) are used as an integral part of the workout.
The structure of all Baby Boot Camp classes follows the guidelines set by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Council on Exercise. Our classes are suitable for pregnant women with a physician's note and postpartum women. Baby Boot Camp classes are designed to accommodate the needs and abilities of pregnant clients, newly postpartum moms as well as conditioned or athletic moms and their stroller age children.
