Sports Fitness Camp
This is a FREE camp for kids ages 10-16 at School 12 in Troy. Kids can work on their overall agility and athleticism. We do not have any sport specific drills and there are no balls at this camp at all. We do dynamic stretching, exercises to strengthen your core, reaction drills, ladders drills, conditioning drills and much more.
This is a FREE camp to participate in and it runs every other week during August. No need to register, just show up!
