Prenatal Yoga

This five-week series is intended to be a place for expecting moms to nurture their changing bodies and connect with their babies. Postnatal moms who are looking to start or return to yoga are also welcome to attend. *Registration Required

This five-week series is intended to be a place for expecting moms to nurture their changing bodies and connect with their babies. Postnatal moms who are looking to start or return to yoga are also welcome to attend. Care will be given to safely guide women through poses that are appropriate for pregnancy. Each class will include soothing breathing techniques to calm a busy mind, mindful yoga poses to promote stamina and strength, as well as restorative yoga poses and guided relaxations for much needed rest. All levels of experience are welcome to attend. Please dress comfortably, and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
