Our goal is to help juniors and parents find local golf programs and instruction/clinics offered by a PGA Professional as well as tournament playing opportunities in our section administered junior golf tour events offered through the summer.

Easy, Fun Way to Learn

A Unique Introduction to Golf for Kids

(boys and girls ages 4-11)

  • Kids learn—and build confidence—through fun activities, like hitting plastic balls into the mouth of a giant hippo
  • Games help develop basic motor skills related to the golf swing
  • Special golf clubs and other equipment designed for kids provided
  • Taught by local PGA Professionals
  • Customize a schedule to fit your family’s summer plans

The Little League of Golf

Play on a Team

(boys and girls ages 7-13)

  • Low-stress scramble format for players of all abilities
  • Co-ed teams compete in a family-friendly environment
  • Players receive a team jersey, balls and bag tags
  • Teams play 3-4 home matches and 3-4 away matches
  • Form a team with your friends or join an existing team

Compete like a Pro

Individual Tournament Play

(boys and girls 8-18)

  • Boys play boys, girls play girls in age-based divisions
  • No minimum handicap, but golfers must keep up with pace of play
  • Spring Series, Summer Series (Tour Classics and Majors), Fall Series
  • $75 annual membership fee for Summer Tour Series and points eligibility

The Road to Augusta National

Nationwide Skills Competition

(boys and girls ages 7-15)

  • Kids of all abilities test their basic golf skills: driving, chipping and putting
  • Competition is completely free!
  • Top scorers earn a spot in the finals at Augusta National the week of the Masters Tournament
