Get ready for some YOGA!!! Join us every Wednesday at 5 pm for yoga class with Amy. Each week is $18/ per class, it will include yoga plus 1 hour of Open Play.
Amy has been involved in the healing arts for over 20 years. She began in Los Angeles as a student and practitioner of metaphysics through the Science of Mind (Louise Hay) which led her indirectly to a thriving career as a massage therapist incorporating healing as well as energy work with clients. After her move with her family to the Capital district, Amy created Saratoga Springs' only dedicated yoga studio for children, YogaChild. She is certified through KRI, Radiant Child Yoga, and Brain Gym, among others. She has expanded her healing reach as a Reiki Master working with both children and adults.
