Come explore the wonders of the avian world at the Huyck Preserve's Annual Bird Festival, Saturday, April 27 1-5pm.

The Huyck Preserve's Annual Bird Festival is always a ton of fun! Featuring a bird of prey presentation by wildlife rehabilator Kelly Martin, advice on building a bird friendly garden from Denise Hacknett-Stoner of Naturelogues, birding walks for all ages, kid-friendly crafts, and a mist netting demonstration from our very own Director of Conservation Education and Research, Dawn O'Neal. Representatives from the Audubon Capital Region will share their interactive bird board where kids of all ages can test their bird knowledge and yummy snacks will be provided by the Medusa General Store.

Please check out the Huyck Preserve website for a detailed schedule and list of vendors (http://huyckpreserve.org) or call 518-797-3440 for more information.
