Albany: Our amazing Albany facility has two studios with a combined 1,600 square feet of space which allows us a robust class schedule with both beginner and advanced classes being offered simultaneously. This space also has multiple restrooms, private changing rooms, shower facilities and plenty of cubbies and lockers for storage. The Hot Yoga Spot Stuyvesant Plaza has over 70 sessions weekly in a warm atmosphere with very talented teachers.
The Hot Yoga Spot Albany is on the back side of Stuyvesant Plaza next to Plaza Fitness. You can get to this studio by driving through the shopping center and going behind Circle’s or by turning on to Executive Park Drive and heading to the end of the plaza.
