The Great Pumpkin Festival and llama Walk to benefit MS

Come celebrate fall and raise money for a great organization with this family fun day taking place at Faddegon’s Nursery on Saturday, October 13 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. All money raised will be donated to the Upstate New York Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Here are some of the planned activities:
*Llama walks 10:00 – noon
*Pumpkin Carving Tent and Carving Contest 11:00 – 2:30 p.m. Judging at 2:30 p.m. for prizes
*Pumpkin Olympic Games 11:00 – 3:00 p.m. Contests include pumpkin bowling, pumpkin seed toss, pumpkin putting, pumpkin shuffle race and pumpkin ring toss. Lots of prizes!
*Visit by the SmileMonster. Noon – 2:00 p.m. www.SmileMonster.com
*Bouncy Bounce
*Free cider, donuts, popcorn
*Information table staffed by Upstate New York Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
*Fundraiser sale of ‘Orange Wonder’ tulip bulbs for $1 each. This is the ‘official’ flower of Albany, designated by Mayor Erastus Corning in 1948.
