Learn how to make a breakfast, lunch and dinner to serve to your family, or to prepare for yourself. We will make such things as Fettuccine Alfredo, Chocolate Mousse, and Quiche. You will learn how to prepare food from the different food groups and even make an apron to bring home. Instructor: Karen DeSorbo, Shaker High School FACS teacher.
