Basic Bicycle Maintenance and Repair

Learn basic bicycle care and repair at this drop-in workshop led by Albany Bike Rescue. Participants are asked to bring (if they own them): the front wheel of their bicycle complete with tire and tube, 2-3 tire levers, and a floor pump. AGES 13+

Workshop will cover basic assessment, wheel removal, tire removal, tube patching, tire/wheel assembly brake and derailleur adjustment, and chain lubrication. Participants are asked to bring (if they own them): the front wheel of their bicycle complete with tire and tube, 2-3 tire levers, and a floor pump. AGES 13+
