Join us this winter break to learn about how we baked our bread, from Colonial to convection. Be prepared to get your hands floury and have fun while learning about history!

The Schenectady County Historical Society Winter Break programs are open to students grades 2nd and up. Parents and chaperones are asked to stay with their student through the duration of the program.
