The Capital Region has lots of craft and visual arts camps in the summer!

Fine arts, visual arts, photography, pottery, sewing, and all kinds of other opportunities abound here in the summer! The following are camps that have elected to be featured on this page, and below it are additional camps of which we at KidsOutAndAbout.com are aware.

Camp Scully Wynantskill, NY (Snyder's Lake)

Camp Scully has 22 acres of land on which are 9 children’s cabins, playing fields, hiking trails, beach area, archery field, challenge course, craft castle and children's cooking area. Campers spend their week with 9 other children in their age group and two adult counselors. Cabins are split by gender and are in separate areas of the camp. For the overnight camp, children arrive on Sunday afternoon and leave on Friday evening.
