4th Annual Move and Groove 5K!

Join us for the fourth annual Move and Groove 5k for a beautiful run or walk through the scenic Spa State Park! Proceeds from the race will benefit the National Museum of Dance children’s programming.

Join us for the fourth annual Move and Groove 5k for a beautiful run or walk through the scenic Spa State Park! Proceeds from the race will benefit the National Museum of Dance children’s programming.
New this year--There will be cash awards for the top 3 male and top 3 female runners ($200, $150 and $100 respectively), as well as a $50 prize for best male and female dance costumes!
A Kid’s Fun Run, for younger athletes, will take place before the start of the 5k run at 8:45 am on the lawn of the National Museum of Dance, offering awards to all participants!
